Let me tell you- as a team leader, this team makes my heart happy. I feel like a proud parent watching the siblings get along, love, serve and encourage one another.
Whenever we have 'down-time' and are hanging around the house, we kind of have to be 'on call'. We have to be ready for whenver one of the contacts has something for us to do. Last Wednesday we were all enjoying a relaxing morning when our contact tells us we will be performing the Everything Skit at a church service that afternoon.
Want to know the catch? We hadn't even began learning the Everything Skit. And if you haven't seen the Everything Skit- It is over a 5 minute drama to a song by Lifehouse. You can look it up on YouTube.
And maybe there were doubts, but the majority of the feelings were excitement. The parts were assigned and the blocking and timing was the first assignment. The whole morning was spent learning this drama. Through the sweat, heat and pain, the drama was learned in about 2 hours!

The afternoon approaches and it's time for the team to perform the drama during the church service. The music begins, and to be honest I was little nervous. Thoughts kept running through my mind like, "Are they going to remember their cues?" "Is the skit going to be powerful?"
But soon after the music started all thouse doubts and fears went away.
And even though I had helped teach this drama, as I stood back and watched the team perform… tears came to my eyes. Like a parent watching my seven kids up on stage during a school play. It was incredible and God was definitely using them to share the Gospel during this service.

This team is amazing and I don't think I could be blessed with more amazing people in my life right now!
