I’m not lucky.

Luck. I am not completely sure if I believe in luck.  Am I lucky to be in Costa Rica? Is it luck that I was born into a wonderful loving home? And the question that has really been on my mind lately…

Could it be luck that I have the privilege to live, and serve alongside seven incredible women? Nope. I know for a fact that God planned this. Spending this much time with girls has done a lot to open my eyes. I have learned a lot… Maybe more than I wanted to. I will share what I have learned to give a little insight to my fellow men on the opposite gender.
-there are girls who can eat just as much as me.
-never oppose a girl is she seems really really serious. Just let it go.
-never oppose seven girls when they are really really really serious.
-they always think they are right.
-sometimes (about once a month) they get very different than normal.
-they are a lot more adventurous than I thought.
-they don't need make-up to be beautiful. They can even look all right without showers.
-when you try to "prank them"… They will stop at nothing to get back, and go far beyond what you did to them.
-their mother senses show their true colours when you lose your puffer.
-they gladly give their opinions, whether you want them or not, on everything (outfits, facial hair, comments, etc.)

Even with all this new knowledge, I am still very confused about females. They are crazy, unpredictable, and sometimes moody. However, they are also fun, hilarious, and kind. I have 2 more months getting to know these seven ladies, and I have come to the conclusion that I am not lucky, I am blessed.
